As Ilgaz Aero, we can meet all your PCA hose needs with our own manufactured products. Among them, the flat type hose is our most economical product. This product, which we produce with double stitched industrial type yarn, has a very long service life. It can also be easily folded and is produced with a Velcro cuff as standard. It can also be produced with a zipper upon request.

Ilgaz Aero wired type hoses are used in retreiver type hose collectors and between PCA unit and hose reels. They are long-lasting and free of problems thanks to the high-strength stainless steel wires and anti-abrasion strips used.

Ilgaz Aero reducers can be used at all points where the hose diameter changes. If your business has both diameter changes and points where the hose changes direction by making an elbow, elbow reducers will be the right choice. Our reducers can be produced as straight or wire type upon request.

Ilgaz Aero produces elbow solutions in different diameters and types for direction change points that can be found in PCA lines. There are two different designs of elbows, wired and straight. The rotation diameter is manufactured as 45° and 90° as standard. You can contact our company for your requests in other dimensions. If there are both diameter changes and points where the hose changes direction by making an elbow in your business, elbowed reductions will be the right choice.

When Ilgaz Aero designed the PCA hose reel, preventing clutter in the hangar and apron and increasing service speed were the top priorities. The body of the hose reel is closed against environmental effects. Depending on the demand, it can be manufactured in different configurations such as apron mobile and fixed type or to be mounted under the passenger bridge. It is also available with a remote control version to increase ease of use and speed.

Ilgaz Aero PCA hose cart is designed to meet the needs of relatively small airports with low air traffic density. Since the hose carts are manually driven, they do not require connection to the electrical system.
